Altro Zafferano invites you to an exclusive evening with Caymus Vineyards, featuring a specially curated pairing dinner that celebrates the estate’s bold and characterful wines.

At the heart of the experience is the 2019 Caymus ‘Special Selection’ Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley — a smaller-production wine crafted from the finest barrels of Caymus Cabernet. Bold yet polished, it embodies the depth, richness, and generosity that have made Caymus one of the region’s most recognised names.
