At The Italian Table, we present a convivial spread inspired by long Italian lunches.

Join us for a wonderful evening immersed in the world of Fattoria Garbole’s finest wines from Veneto region. It is a one-night-only dining experience where a curated menu is thoughtfully paired with Garbole’s bold and distinguished wines, personally introduced by Mr. Finetto.

Gather around the dining table to share a specially-crafted set menu, perfectly paired with the bold, expressive Garbole’s wines, including their celebrated 2013 Fattoria Garbole Amarone Classico Riserva DOCG ‘Hatteso’ and unique and exceptional 2015 Fattoria Garbole ‘Hurlo'.

The evening starts with a Cocktail reception at the Terrace Lounge, followed by a 4-course bespoke dinner paired with 4 beautiful Garbole wines to share among wine enthusiasts at the communal setup.

As the sky softens into golden hues, celebrate love with an intimate Valentine’s Day Sunset Dinner at Altro Zafferano. Set high above the Marina Bay skyline, this exclusive experience pairs contemporary Italian cuisine with sweeping views—designed for couples who prefer a quieter, more personal moment together before the evening unfolds.

Enjoy a thoughtfully crafted multi-course menu, attentive hospitality, and a serene ambience where every detail is considered. To mark the occasion, each table will be presented with a single stalk of rose—a simple, heartfelt gesture to accompany a memorable sunset shared.
